Summary

The earthworks and former earthworks of a series of banks and boundaries are visible on aerial photographs on Snarehill Heath. While it is possible that these boundaries merely relate to post medieval woodland and heathland boundaries, it is also feasible that they relate to medieval warren boundaries, as the Snarehill Heath was the location of a medieval rabbit warren (NHER 54066).
