About 45m off shore from either the Beach or Point, when laying pipes.
11th and 12th century sherds of Early medieval ware.

J. A. Wright (NCC) who formerly lived in area, states that this can only have been when plastic water pipes were laid across Blakeney Harbour to the point; so the directions must read as 'either 45m south of the south shore of the point, or 45m north of the beach of the south side of the harbour'.
