Full Description
The main lodge associated with Beachamwell Warren (NHER 55571) built before 1595. The lodge is shown on the 1776 estate map as two rectangular buildings inside a square enclosure. The lodge is also shown on Faden's 1794 and Bryant's 1826 map of Norfolk. As of 1851 there were three additional lodges. The lodge was converted into an early brick-built farm buildings for stabling horses during the Victorian period and was in use until the mid-20th century. As of 1998 the site was derelict.
