Summary

In 1975 two Neolithic flint implements were found in this area. One of these pieces was identified as a large horse-shoe scraper showing extensive edge retouch.

Large horse-shoe scraper in dark brown flints, made on core trimming flake. Good quality and extensive edge retouch, large amount of cortex remains on dorsal surface.
