Summary

These former factory buildings are part of the Carrow Works complex (NHER 26409) and were constructed during the last quarter of the 19th century. The four main brick buildings in this group are all of four storeys with dormers and have basements and slate roofs. These buildings are Listed Grade II, along with an attached single-storey shed with metal and glass roof to the south, which is of a similar date.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Factory buildings, identified on Colman's Carrow works site plan by the numbers 7, 7A, 8A and 8 (the latter referred to as 80 on some plans), and including a single storey, gable facing and top lit structure in the narrow courtyard between blocks 8A and 8."
