Summary

This brick factory building dates to the late 19th century and is part of the Carrow Works complex (NHER 26409). It is a regular block of three to four storeys with metal-frame windows and a hipped roof of slate with weatherboarded lucarne.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Factory building. 1870-1880. Somerleyton brick with brick dressings. Hipped roofs of slate with projecting eaves and exposed rafter ends; weatherboarded lucarne. Metal frame windows. Rectangular block. Three storeys with fourth storey to quayside, or north face. Six-window range to Paper Mill Yard, or south elevation."
