Full Description
March 1983. Listed. Grade II.
List Description (S1):
House. Mid C18 and later. Rendered brick and slate roof. L plan. 2 storey and attic. Facade of 5 bays with 5 sash windows to each storey complete with glazing bars. 3 flat dormers have casements. Slightly raised gable parapets enclose chimney stacks. Entrance originally at rear now obscured by later C18 addition of 2 storeys and attic. Entrance porch of stone with side windows and dentiled eaves cornice under parapet. Random casement fenestration to first and second floors. Gabled slate roof with stack to right. Rear of extension has sash windows with glazing bars under segmental arches on ground and straight headed on first floor. Front interrupted by external chimney stack.
