13 September 1887. Grey chipped flint axe, measuring 14.6cm by 4.5cm (5 3/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches), found by [1], schoolmaster, on 'Stibbons twelve acres near Stonepit Hills Farm'.
[2] still resides at Mill Farm and remembers [1] finding this. He indicated the location as the given grid reference
