Full Description
1972.
Iron slag noted in this area for around 30 years - in a large dip in field. No pottery. [1]

1998. 'Masses' still occurring at this point including one huge slab some years ago no weathered into fragments. Information from landowner via member of the public who brought to NLA 14 July 1998 a good fragment of tapslag. [2]
