Full Description
March 2019. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
Three fragmented banks, probably of post medieval date, are seen as earthworks on visualised lidar data (S1). Two of the banks are aligned approximately north west- south east and the third bank is aligned approximately north-south. The banks can be seen on the first and second edition Ordnance Survey maps (S2-S3) and most likely related to a boundary or forestry enclosure banks. The probable boundary banks are in close proximity to a parish boundary bank to the west (NHER 63244) and a further group of banks (NHER 63247) to the north east.
J.Powell (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 20th March 2019.
