April 1976. Field Observation.
Visited by E. Rose (NAU):
Buildings in poor condition.
Application for demolition March 1976 - recommended for surveying by NARG.
1 All Saint's Street (not listed) has tall gabled roof, wood and plaster.

Permission to demolish was refused.

According to (S4) this property w purchased in 1977 along with adjoining Nos. 5 and 6 Church Lane (NHER 9376) by King's Lynn Preservation Trust which oversaw their complete restoration.
