Summary

No. 1 All Saints' Street is a post-medieval rendered building with a tall gabled roof. In 1976 this building was a butcher's shop and permission to demolish it was refused. The property was purchased and completely restored by the King's Lynn Preservation Trust.

According to (S4) this property w purchased in 1977 along with adjoining Nos. 5 and 6 Church Lane (NHER 9376) by King's Lynn Preservation Trust which oversaw their complete restoration.
