Summary

Odd Nos 107-113 form four houses in a terrace, dating to the mid 18th century and later. These two storey houses are of colourwashed brick and flint, with a roof of black glazed pantiles. Nos 107 and 109 have a steeper pitched roof.

September 1962. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
"Four houses in terrace. Mid 18th century and later. Colourwashed brick and flint with roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys. Nos 107 and 109 (to west) with steeper pitched roof. No 107 of three bays with central door. Sash windows with glazing bars. No 109 of two bays, sash windows with glazing bars and one through eaves gabled dormer to right also with sash window. Gabled roof with three ridge stacks. Nos 111 and 113: two square headed doors right and left, ground floor sashes with glazing bars under segmental heads. Four renewed sashes to first floor. Gabled roof with central ridge stack."

February 1976. Field Observation.
Visited by E. Rose (NAU).
Listed. Early 18th century and later. Nos 107 and 113 have Georgian doorways. Nos 107-109 of flint, with lower roofs. No 111 of flint, with windows reduced in size by brick blocking. No 113 of brick, dilapidated.

November 2001. Field Observation.
The westernmost house, No 107, has a small blocked windows on the upper floor; others have been revealed on the ground floor including one cut by the door, suggesting latter is an alteration. all painted over, but have brick quoins in flint or clunch wall, and are probably 17th century. West gable is 20th century, but is said to replace an original shaped gable.
