Summary

A mound resembling a barrow was observed withn the northwest corner of the churchyard. It was suggested that it may be a more recent communal grave rather than a Bronze Age round barrow.

December 1978. Field Observation.
A mound resembling a barrow was observed withn the northwest corner of the churchyard. At the time of the observation a tree was growing on the mound. It was suggested that it may be a more recent communal grave rather than a Bronze Age round barrow.
This mound was previously recorded under NHER 8932.
