No. 8 is Georgian, white brick, good condition.

Listed building revision of 1993 (S2) states that No. 8 is late 17th century with a late 18th-century gault brick façade. Brick with a slate roof, two storeys and dormer attic in four bays.
The only internal details described are 18th- and 19th-century panelling and stairs.

Excerpt of current Listing Description:
House, now offices. Late 17th century with late 18th-century gault-brick façade. Brick. Slate roof. Two storeys and dormer attic in four bays. Panelled door set to left of elevation under a hood...Projecting timber eaves cornice. Gabled roof with two gabled dormers fitted with sashes. Internal gable-end stacks. Gabled two storey (and attic) cross wing to rear, rendered above ground floor…
Interior: Stick baluster staircase with carved tread ends. Round newels. First-floor balustrade has turned balusters. Ground-floor front room partitioned. Two rooms immediately above, that to north with large-framed panelling with bolection mouldings, c.1700. Moulded cornice. 19th-century chimneypiece with, either side, a cupboard with panelled doors and 'H' hinges. South room with similar panelling without the bolection mouldings."
