Full Description
10 Yarmouth Road. Part of a complex of listed buildings that were all previously recorded under NHER 4656 (Town House). The other elements are now also recorded separately, as NHERs 65595-65599.
August 1973. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. c.1840. Painted brick with black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys, but one to north owing to slope of ground. Scattered fenestration and string course at division of storeys. Saw-toothed eaves cornice below hipped roof. Rendered central apex stack."
