Full Description
Manor Cottage, 14 Yarmouth Road. Part of a complex of listed buildings that were all previously recorded under NHER 4656 (Town House). The other elements are now also recorded separately, as NHERs 65594 and 65596-65599.
August 1973. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. c.1840. Painted brick and black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys, but one to north owing to slope of ground. To north: two sash windows with glazing bars to left of square doorway within reeded architrave. Hipped roof with stack set to left."
