Summary

This mid-18th-century house is two storey, although only the uppermost is apparent from the north due to the presence of a pronounced slope. It has painted brick walls and a hipped, black-glazed pantile roof. Part of a complex of listed buildings all previously recorded under NHER 4656 (Town House).

August 1973. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. c.1840. Painted brick and black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys, but one to north owing to slope of ground. To north: two sash windows with glazing bars to left of square doorway within reeded architrave. Hipped roof with stack set to left."
