Summary

The cropmarks of a probable Bronze Age ring ditch are seen on aerial photographs. The ring ditch most likely relates to the site of a Bronze Age round barrow. This feature, along with further ring ditches located in close proximity, may be part of a dispersed Bronze Age barrow cemetery (NHER 56267).

The cropmarks of a probable Bronze Age ring ditch (see above) are seen on aerial photographs (S1-S4). The ring ditch most likely relates to the site of a Bronze Age round barrow. The ring ditch appears to be crossed by a later field boundary (NHER 52544). This ring ditch, along with further ring ditches located in proximity, may be part of a dispersed Bronze Age barrow cemetery (NHER 56267).
