Atlas Aggregates Litcham Pit, Beeston with Bittering
About 1974. From gravel pit, closed at present.
A Early Saxon annular brooch found in load of hoggin.
January 1976.
1 unglazed sherd, no features.
July 1978.
Brooch has circular and crescentic stamps in panels.

1 sherd dark grey sandy, sagging base angle, medieval.
1 sherd dark grey, handmade, ?Iron Age or Early Saxon.
9 dark grey indeterminate scraps.
