Summary

This watermill was built when the River Bure was diverted in 1812. The present brick building was built in 1889 and was last used in 1925. The mill race and pond could both be seen when visited in 1977.

Brick, dated 1889. Now used as farm store. Mill race dry and overgrown. Pond apparently drained and grassed.

First built here when river diverted north of hall to form lake in 1812 previously to that at site NHER 23025 to south. Disused since 1925.
