Summary
Flint structures with iron slag and charcoal inside them were found and destroyed. These were possibly an iron smelting or smithing furnace.

Full Description
1955. About 183m (200 yards) southwest of Horstead House.
Flint structures with iron slag and charcoal inside found and destroyed. Possibly iron furnace.
