Full Description
1976. Visit.
Building, very long flint, brick and carstone, with pantiled roof about 9m (30 foot) to ridge, sweeping down over extensions. West end, all of carstone, is an addition and gable wall is still visible between the two, but the roof is pulling apart here. Two storeys, simple tie beam roof. Early 19th century? Now used as wood store. Cottages in front called Malthouse cottages so perhaps a malthouse?
E. Rose (NAU), 26 February 1976.
