Summary

In 1971 an 18th century circular bread oven of brick, coated in lime, hair and plaster, was noted in the side of a chimney of the cottage here. Otherwise the exterior of the building was unremarkable.

This building has nothing remarkable on its exterior. Such ovens are not uncommon; one was discovered in 1983 in former Bell Inn to north, once four 18th century cottages.
