Rebuilt 1868 on site occupied since 17th century - later altered by Boardman.

A. Moore (NCM, Art Deptartment) reports that in the hall there is an overmantel containing a painting by Van Blumen, known as Orizonte, removed from the Old Hall (see NHER 9246).
