Full Description
21 Tunn Street and adjacent wing in Swan Street.
November 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"17th century. Painted flint with brick dressings and ashlar quoins. Steep pantile roof with coped gable end; two storeys and attic (attic window in gable end). One sash with glazing bars. Round-headed doorway with semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars; modern panelled door, 19th-century architrave. Large brick chimney stack on north end. South end, sash on each floor.
At rear along Swan Street a 17th- or early 18th-century wing: flint with brick dressings; steep pantile roof with gabled end; two storeys; first floor 19th-century casement, ground floor sash with glazing bars; simple flush-panelled door. Large brick chimney stack at junction to main building."
