Full Description
1933.
[1] was shown a copper alloy buckle of crude workmanship. It is circular with a central dividing bar, which is triangular in section. The outer rim is triangular in section, narrowing towards the outside, but thicker on one side than on the other. Owner 'is a practical smith and gives the opinion that it contains an unusually large percentage of copper. It is filed flat on one side'. Neither knew its date.
E. Rose (NAU).
