Full Description
Site of east end of sugar factory.
Formerly a large lime kiln here, with narrow gauge railway used to remove spoil to settling beds.
Closed 1968, some rails remain.

Cantley refinery was the first in Britain, begun in 1914, but how much of the original structure remains is unknown.
