1986. Shown on parish map (copy NAU). Moat; circular, with small eastern annexe.
OS 6 inch marks only the tip of this annexe as pond. Field to west called Moat Meadow on 1786 map.

Site of Uphall Manor, 'the syte of the mner of upphalle of old tyme motyd abowt' in 1528 rental.
