Map

South of Mill Common. Site of wind mill. Marked on Faden's map 1797.
E. Rose (NAU) 20 December 1979.

Grid reference correct by informant. Post mill built c.1758; last marked by OS 1910.
E. Rose (NAU) 29 January 1982.

The grid reference has been amended from TG 32790145 (which was the Mill Cottage adjacent) to the centre of the mill as marked on (S2) and (S3). The full extent of the mill site now appears to extend between the grounds of the Mill Cottage and the two newer properties fronting the road to the west.
A. Yardy (HES), 02 November 2011.
