Full Description
18th century or before.
Roman coins.
Silver denarius of Nero.
NERO CAE AVG IMP bareheaded.
Reverse: Civic crown PONTIF MAX TRIB P V PP S C in field.
Republican coin around 150 to 100 BC.
'Less than a silver sixpence - head with a helmet - no legend.
Reverse: one (but obscure) in a chariot and four horses in career. Under them ROMA'.

Information from (S4) by R.R. Clarke (NCM), entered by him under NHER 1553 but no evidence in fact as to where they were found in parish.
