Metal-detecting and fieldwalking at this location between 1982 and 2018 recovered prehistoric flint flakes; a Roman pottery sherd; medieval and post-medieval coins and a number of other metal objects, including a Middle Iron Age brooch; a Roman brooch; a medieval buckle and a post-medieval dress hook and knife end cap.
