Summary

Neolithic worked flints including a polished axehead, a leaf-shaped arrowhead and scrapers were found. The exact location and nature of their discovery are unclear.

Pre November 1984. From unknown location, or locations, in the parish.
Finely polished flint axe (12.5cm) of grey flint in good fresh condition but for some recent flakes off the cutting end.
Leaf arrowhead patinated.
So called 'fabricator' or possibly a strike a light. Note the slight polish on rounded end.
Borer.
Large thick flake with heavy battering along one edge, possibly used as a chopper.
Eighteen scrapers, including one large and one small oval scraper with traces of polish possibly imparted by use.
Discoidal tortoise core, late Neolithic.
