Summary

This is a late 16th century jettied end stack building with ornate brickwork and gables. The rear stack is built in a similar style but may be a later addition. The house is built on what is though to be a medieval moat site.

Jettied, end stack house with very ornate brick and gable walls and brick gound floor, late 16th century. Jettied rear wing in same style may be contemporary of slightly later. Later internal alterations.
