Summary

This late 16th century brick house has been divided into two. It has three bays, two storeys and a slate roof. None of the windows are original.

Newfields Farmhouse, 25 to 27 Hollycroft Road.
House divided into two. Late 16th century much altered. Brick, slate roof, three bays two storeys. All windows renewed. Door to right of centre. Internal gable stacks and ridge stack. South gable wall English bond. Offset at first floor. Two blocked ground floor windows. Two light chamfered brick mullioned first floor windows under square hoods which continue as string course. Rear wall of house rebuilt.
