Fieldwalking in 1987 and metal-detecting between 2006 and 2014 recovered prehistoric burnt flint; Roman, Middle Saxon, medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds; post-medieval clay tobacco pipe fragments; Roman coins; a post-medieval token and a medieval/post-medieval buckle and copper alloy ring.
