Full Description
Pre 1880. Stray Find.
From Reedham:
1 Bronze Age copper alloy palstave, 152mm long, strong side and stop ridges. Fine patina, oval indentation below stop ridges; wide blade.
Held by the British Museum (1880,0802.70).

As noted on (S1), this may be the "bronze celt" from Reedham that was exhibited by Mr Fitch at a meeting of the Norfolk and Norwich Archaeological Society in May 1869 (S2). See also (S3)
