Reported June 1980.
Field immediately west of that marked by Ordnance Survey (Provisional Edition 6 inch) as site of Washingford Village.

January 2001. Visited.
Earthworks more marked in west. Possible hollow way and house platforms running northwest to southeast. Good grass cover except for 'tractor track' across centre, partly covered with hogging after exceptionally wet weather. Grazed by cattle in the summer months.
