Summary

A Neolithic polished axehead was found in 1967, and a Neolithic flaked flint axehead was found in 1975. Also noted in the same field were several scatters of prehistoric burnt flint.

Flint axe, chipped, slightly polished near edge. Several black patches noted in field where found.

1975. 457m (500 yards) eastsoutheast of Frogs' Hall Farm.
Chipped flint axe on ploughed surface. (S1).

To northeast of the above at 322 944. Three patches of pot boilers in south of field.
25cm to 1m (10 inches to 3 feet) deep. Each covering about a quarter of an acre.
