Summary

A collection of Neolithic flint tools was recovered from this location in 1975. Tool types identified included part of a polished axehead, flakes and a blade.

25 July 1975.
A.J. Lawson (NAU) visited the site and found nothing, but the trench was seen to cut through peaty soil and overlying gravel-clay. Flints from peaty soil?
