Summary

An Early Neolithic leaf-shaped flint arrowhead was found in Elmham Park in 1976. Metal-detecting in 2019 recovered a Roman brooch.

Found just south of ice-house in North Elmham park, in cattle scrape:
1 Neolithic flint leaf-shaped arrowhead. In grey flint with small patch of cortex. Very fresh. See drawing (S1).
Originally identified as a very fine flint borer, subsequently re-identified as an arrowhead by F. Healy (NAU), 1985.
Reported in (S2) and noted on (S3).
