Civil Parish BEIGHTON, BROADLAND, NORFOLK

Map

1976. Aerial photography.
East of buildings south of Wood Farm, and against north side of field boundary now only visible as cropmark.
Ring ditch.
Air photographs checked E Rose (NAU) 30 November 1976.

June 2007. Norfolk NMP.
Consultation of the aerial photographs for the NMP project did not reveal sufficiently convincing evidence for this possible ring ditch. It was felt that the curvilinear cropmark visible may be the result of underlying geological or recent agricultural activity.
S. Massey (NMP), 28 June 2007.
