The cropmarks of a ring ditch, probably representing the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow, are visible on aerial photographs to the east of Swanton Morley village (S1). The site is centred on TG 0213 1717. The ring ditch is 20m in diameter, with a ditch 1-2m, wide. The northeastern arc is not visible. This ring ditch is located at the top of the side of a minor valley leading towards the main River Wensum valley to the immediate north.
