Map

1972. Ordnance Survey vertical air photograph.
Subrectangular enclosure visible on (S1)
Information from A. Gregory (NCM), February 1977 via [1].

This may be the 'platform south of church across stream, 200yds (182m) long with buried foundations' described by (S2), who says it is the site of Morley Hall Manor.
Probably same as (S3)'s 'moat near church' and not site NHER 3005 as previously suggested.
The Ordnance Survey card (S4) says no traces are visible on the ground.

March 2008. Norfolk Aggregates Assessment Project.
This was not identified by the National Mapping Programme survey of the available aerial photographs. Examination of the field in 1977 also indicated that the previously identified site was drainage related (see NMR - TG 01 NW 26).
S. Tremlett (NMP), 7 March 2008.
