Map

River bridge. Arched structure of stone and brick. Scheduled in October 1976 (S1), although when writer visited the area he did not think it worthy of comment.

4 July 1979 Site Revisited.
Brick bridge, three arches on starlings; red brick; mid 19th century. Traces of older flint walling remain on river bank on south side east of the bridge. A pleasant bridge but not outstanding. Note there is no stone in bridge as described by (S1) except perhaps the caps of the parapets.

If the bridge is late 18th century as stated it is post c1770 as the bricks have horizontal skintlings. Good condition still.
