Summary

Fieldwalking recovered a scatter of fragments of Late Saxon and early medieval pottery. Roman pottery was also found. Some of the Late Saxon pottery may have been misidentified and may be Roman.

Thetford type Ware.
Twenty four bodysherds, three rims, one spout fragment.
Also one rim of large Roman jar, so some body sherds could also be Roman.

Late January.
Another sixty early medieval and Thetford sherds found.
