Summary

Roman pottery is recorded as being found and given to King's Lynn Museum in 1849. This is probably the same pottery as that in NHER 2289.

At Little Massingham a Roman urn was found and given to King's Lynn Museum.
True date?

I suspect this is in fact the same as site NHER 2289. (S2) would have referred to any 'urn' as Roman and the two parishes were often confused where they crossed the heath.
