Summary

This Georgian red brick building has five bays. The centre three project out. There are three storeys and a central doorway. The building used to be St Hugh's House Grammar School.

Georgian. Five bays (centre three project); three storeys (top smaller). Dentilled cornice, red brick, parapet, central doorway. Very good condition.

The façade is mostly of fine bricks without visible skintlings but a few diagonals may be seen, indicating a date before around 1780. A long wing to the rear is 19th century with horizontal skintlings and a blank arch at ground level on the south at the east end.
