Summary

A gold Bronze Age cup ended bracelet was found on Fulmodestone Common around 1817. A gold shield and prehistoric worked stones may have been found at the same spot.

Around 1820. From Fulmodeston Common.
Gold ornament 'like the handle of some vessel', 'probably an early torc' melted down. Stone implements found at same place.
Information from (S1) and [1].

Probably same as Bronze Age cloak fastener in Lord Hastings posession. Trumpet ended penannular 9cm (3 1/2 inches) across terminals. Irish type. In family since at least 1817.
