Summary
In 1987 a scatter of early medieval pottery sherds was recovered from the field surface here. This is one of three such sites, presumably house sites along the southern edge of valley floor.

Full Description
8 May 1987. Found on surface of ploughed field.
Area of soil, darker than surrounding, 15m x 8m, with thin scatter of early medieval unglazed sherds.
