The site of the deserted village includes the remains of the medieval parish church of All Saints'.
The outline of the church can still be seen, although the walls have almost completely disappeared in places, there is no sign of a tower, although the church seems to have had north and south aisles.
None of the surviving remains can be dated with any certainty, but the church was in ruins by the 1560s.
See (S4).

Earthworks associated with the deserted medieval settlement of Letton and the likely remains of the church, are visible on visualised lidar data from a survey flown in 2022 (S5). Further earthworks which could relate to the area of medieval settlement or perhaps post medieval parks and garden features, are visible to the west (centred at approximately TF 9719 0573 and TF 9682 0608) on S5.
