Map

1928. 800m (1/2 mile) from Sandringham House and 4.8km (3 miles) from the Wash. R. Howlett found Scandinavian type of strike-a-light of quartzite, 11cm (4.4 inches) long). Date AD 300 to 500; brought over in 5th century. Pointed oval 'tracked' stone. (?necessarily Early Saxon). Presented to the British Museum by finder.
